By accessing BuyBusinessManager.com ("we", "us", "our") and placing an order, you ("the customer") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide digital advertising assets including verified Facebook Business Manager accounts, aged profiles, aged pages, and the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Product descriptions, included features, and limits are listed on each package. Limits such as daily spending caps are set by Meta and may vary based on account activity and Meta's own policies.
All orders are placed through our order form and paid via USDT (TRC20). Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address and for uploading an accurate payment screenshot. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect addresses or on the wrong network.
We aim to deliver most orders the same day, typically within a few hours of payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, accessible email address.
Once an account is delivered and access is transferred to you, you are solely responsible for how it is used. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the platform policies of Meta and any related services. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes against an account as a result of how you operate it, including restrictions arising from policy violations, ad content, or usage patterns after delivery.
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe intends to use our products for illegal purposes.
We provide customer support via Telegram and Messenger. Support covers delivery, access, and reasonable post-delivery assistance as described on the product. Support does not constitute a guarantee of account performance once the account is under your control.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost ad spend, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
